Chili Paneer & Fried Rice Recipe ( Restaurant Style at Home)


Craving Indo Chinese food ? This Delicious combo of spicy Chili Paneer and flavorful Fried Rice is one of the most loved dishes across India. The crispy paneer tossed in a tangy sauce paired with aromatic rice makes a perfect meal.

Chili Paneer Recipe:

Ingredients;

* 250g paneer (cubed)

* 2 tbsp cornflour

* 2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)

* 1 onion (cubed)

* 1 capsicum (cubed)

* 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

* 2-3 green chilies (slit)

* 2 tbsp soy sauce

* 1 tbsp chili sauce

* Salt to taste

* Black pepper

* Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Prepare Paneer;

* Mix cornflour, maida, salt and water to make a thick batter.

* Dip paneer cubes and deep fry until golden and crispy.

* Keep aside.

2. Make Sauce;

* Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

* Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few seconds.

* Add onion, capsicum and green chilies; stir-fry on high flame.

3. Add Flavors;

* Add soy sauce, chili dauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt and pepper.

* Mix well.

4. Combine;

* Add fried paneer cubes and toss well.

* Cook for 2-3 minutes until coated nicely.

> Your spicy chili paneer is ready!

Fried Rice Recipe:

Ingredients;

* 2 cups cooked rice (preferbly leftover & cooled)

* 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)

* 2 tbsp oil

* 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)

* 1 tbsp soy sauce

* Salt and pepper to taste

* 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)

Instruction;

1. Heat oil:

* Heat oil in a wok or pan.

* Add chopped garlic and sauce until fragrant.

2. Cook Vegetables:

* Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry on high flame.

3. Add Rice;

* Add cooked rice and mix gently.

4. Season;

* Add soy sauce, salt and pepper.

* Toss everything well.

5. Garnish;

* Add spring onion and mix.

* Serve hot Paneer with Fried Rice.
